Youth for Christ is a non-profit youth organization, registered as a Public Benevolent Institution of Australia. We are almost entirely funded by private donations. THE year is flying by quickly and it has been an exciting journey for me being a part of the Youth For Christ movement.
I wanted to share with you about some of my adventures with YFC this year. I have grown in a huge way and have been pushed beyond what I thought I could do. God has used me throughout Port Macquarie to bring the good news in schools, youth groups and in the streets. I have learnt so much about my relationship with Jesus this year and about his amazing love for me. There were incredible testimonies shared, teaching, practical learning and worship sessions.
We experienced healing of broken arms, back pains, and emotional hurt. Everyone returned home to Port Macquarie with hearts on fire to share the gospel with the whole town. Not long left of the year now but God is still opening doors for us constantly and revealing His plans for all of our lives. They have really got behind the idea of giving big to the people of Port Macquarie.

The brightest children from not only Port Macquarie but as far away as Laurieton and South West Rocks assembled in one special class aimed at teaching 11 and 12 year olds at an advanced level. Many of these children have gone on to be high achievers and leaders in business and in the academic world.
The children could ask any question and I would endeavour to answer from the Bible. These very bright children asked some great questions and often the answers would provoke some further questions and discussions. This provided a great way to stimulate these children into thinking about Christianity and the Bible.

Lauren B , FAMILY Sep 14, The pictures displayed are completely misleading ,the room looks nothing like any of them displayed it had an odour , the parking area was filled with old furniture, the door did not lock the latch did not meet the lock , the blinds left huge gaps which could been seen straight through , not to mention when we arrived the only place to park upon checkin was taken by the receptionists daughter and we were greeted by a barking dog - there were people outside our room swearing and arguing in the courtyard and the pool was dirty uncleaned we were here only long enough to turn lights on - which shed barely any light and try and lock our door - , we ended up not even staying here and booking in elsewhere for safety concerns for our family Welcome to smelly and filthy environment.
We were greeted with 2 ladies with no teeth and shoes. Looks like people's animals slept in the same room as guests as there was no dog enclosures. Room smelt and there were stains on carpet. Decor was outdated and outside pool and surrounding had leaves and dirt everywhere.
It was like no one had bothered cleaning the place in months. Clean motel sheets were stored outside in filthy open garage and there were chairs, mattresses lying everyhwere. This place would have been infested with insects in its current state.

However, when it seems to be not so important at the beginning, the right time to trade is one of the most crucial points in becoming a successful Forex trader. Best time to trade and why?
The best time to trade is when the market is the most active and therefore has the largest trading volume. The most active hours are London and New York trading sessions, especially when those sessions overlap. Anyone who traded equities stocks or any other commodities knows that stock exchanges or other markets are usually open during banking hours in a day. However, being a decentralized market, the Forex market has no rigid trading hours.
Nonetheless, the foreign exchange market is an international market that stretches from major financial centers like Sydney and Tokyo in the East to all the way to San Francisco in the West - all located in vastly different time zones. By the time traders in Tokyo go home after work, banks are not even open in New York, which operates during forex market hours est - from 8 a. Eastern Standard Time. Because the Forex market operates in multiple time zones, it can be accessed at any time.
Yet, seasoned traders know that there is an unofficial concept of Forex market hours. Why You Should Trade During Certain Forex Trading Hours Theoretically, it is true that there is no central exchange in the Forex market, and anyone can buy and sell currencies any time of the day or any day of the week.
Nonetheless, to trade a Forex pair, you need a counterparty. To buy something you need someone else to sell you want you are trying to buy and vice versa. This is why in practice; you should spend your active trading hours when there are ample buyers and sellers in the market. Even if some brokers allow trading during the weekends, the prices of various currency pairs hardly move on Saturday and Sunday.
If you are a short-term day trader, who opens and closes trades within a day, trading outside banking hours in major financial centers around the world will also feel like you are trading during the weekend. Because if major financial institutions and professional traders are not placing huge orders that move the market, there is no reason for the solid trends to take place.
Hence, the concept of Forex Market Hours derives from the notion that when major financial markets are open in a given time zone, the volume and liquidity in the market remains high, which in turn reduces the difference between the bid and ask prices and helps traders to fill their orders relatively easily without incurring slippage. After all, as a retail Forex trader with limited capital, you will not be in a position to move the market.
You will solely rely on larger players like banks and institutional investors to create the trends and hopefully catch a few to turn a profit. This is why short-term retail Forex traders should trade only during active banking hours and avoid looking for trading opportunities when the forex market hours clock stops ticking. Coincidentally, some of the major forex exchange hubs also host the major stock exchanges. So, cross-border investments that require moving funds from one end of the globe to another generally contributes to a higher level of trading volume in the global foreign exchange market.
Furthermore, when banks and stock exchanges in more than one major financial centers are open simultaneously, the trading volume and liquidity go up substantially.
